Supreme Court issue notice on northern power company and Others –Chunanakam water issue

The supreme court 04/06/2015 issue notice on central environment authority, the Ceylon electricity board, the Northern Province cheap minister, the chairmen of valikamam pradeshiya saba,and the northern power company limited ,returnable on sep,16,2015.

The respondents are ordered to be present in court or be represented on counsel on that day. Pertaining fundamental right petition filed by Center for environment and Nature Studies.
